2215 Vine Street was built in 1901 by real estate developer Adolph Jarmuth and his partner Thomas Harrison. Jarmuth and Harrison also built the house next door, 2211 Vine Street, under the same building permit. The first owner of 2215 Vine was Eliza Ford, wife of Charles Ford, a bookbinder with the Denver Lithography Company.
