930 Ogden Street was built in 1903 under Denver building permit #655. The permit lists owner Helen C. Kennicott as owner, Peter Hanson as builder, and the firm of Fisher & Huntington as architects. Helen Kennicott was married to Victor H. Kennicott, the president of the Kennicott-Patterson Transfer Company. The Kennicott family lived at 930 Ogden Street until 1924.
