Law Office of Jonathan M Ward

Currently houses the Law Office of Jonathan M Ward, a personal injury attorney. From the 1980's through 2011 or 2012 is was owned by the Asian Pacific Development Center, a non-profit agency that provides a series of social services to Asian immigrants and refugees. Built around 1920 as a residence across the street from City Park, it was home in the 1930's and 40's to the Dr. George Packard family. Joan Packard Birkland, the second of three Packard daughters, achieved local fame as a star athlete excelling in tennis and golf, two areas of sports that were available to women back in the day.
