1175 Emerson Street known as the Riviera was constructed in 1954 according to the Denver assessor’s website. No building pemit was located for the building, but city directories show that this address appears soon after that time, so this date is likely correct.
By 1956, Charles J. Miller et al. owned this property. Most likely it was under this owner that the existing home on this site was demolished and the Riviera Apartment building was constructed.
